I will like it and I also recommend others to follow this platform. But there is no direct relationship with customers, high operating costs and no control over the refund policy
Amazon has best shopping experience with us. Everything in this platform is very nice. It provides best shopping experience in India, has provides biggest selections of products, books, software reach and shows best movies, latest podcasts music and everything is nice for us. I like Amazon and also refer others to follow that platform. But there is no direct customer relationship, has high operations cost and there is no control over return policies.
Based on our record, Amazon seems to be a lot more popular than Audible. While we know about 2896 links to Amazon, we've tracked only 190 mentions of Audible. Are you located in Canada? I am located in Canada and I had the same issue the a couple days ago; turns out the website I was trying to log into was "audible.com" instead of "audible.ca"- so I went to "audible.ca" instead of "audible.com", logged in, and that fixed it. Source: 5 months ago
Well, I got a new phone and I when I log in with my email, it simply wont show me my account stats or the 62 books I have in my library. I have checked and it is set to the right marketplace, audible.com ... Source: 5 months ago
I wanted to see what these virtual voice books were and couldn't find anything. It seems like Canada like everything else (sales, promos, discounts etc) was overlooked and we haven't gotten any of these (that I've seen). That being said, good this sounds horrible. I went on my old audible.com account to find these virtual voice books and.... yeah, no. Source: 5 months ago
Yep. Although all the kindle books I bought on amazon.ca are whispersync compatible with my audiobook wishlist on my no longer active audible.com account. If I'm willing to pay the price listed + conversion to Canadian amount which makes the book more expensive. Whatever 7.49$ USD converted to CND is. That's why I moved my books to the Canadian marketplace so I could stop paying 14.95$ USD converted into CND which... Source: 5 months ago
Despite all the technical stuff, my aim is always to make it sound as though we're sitting in front of that fire and you're being told a story. One of the best compliments I can receive is, "I forgot that I was being read to", or "he didn't get in the way of the story", which is an actual comment from an audible.com listener. The voltage of mains electricity in the USA is half that of the UK, which effectively caps the power of appliances (at least those not plugged into a separate high voltage circuit). Search for fast boil kettles on amazon.co.uk and you'll get a range of 3000W options to choose from, search for the same on amazon.com and you'll return 1500W results. Source: 5 months ago
Are you using you using your regions version of amazon? Check amazon.com its almost always cheaper and right now I can get the card delivered to new Zealand for 232 euros. Source: 5 months ago
I do amazon.com and .ca (I mostly only buy if it's shipped & sold by amazon or atmost shipped by so I can track/refund easier) as well as hlj but shipping and handling usually ends up costing more than the kits I'm buying lol... Source: 5 months ago
I mean, if you try to search for something simple like "buy flashlight", you get like 15 amazon.com results on the first page. So if you're trying to find a quality product from a company that specializes in making just that particular thing, so you can avoid all the Chinese sellers on amazon, you sometimes can't. Ever since I've learned about how shitty the work conditions were at amazon, I have tried to avoid... Source: 5 months ago
Also check kindle unlimited for German titles. If they are KU in Germany they usually are as well in the US. You use your US account on amazon.com to then read german literature. If the genre you are interested in has a category, scroll down the sidebar, you might see german as well. Source: 5 months ago
