AudD got me the linked YouTube song. I got her Wikipedia and found the other song by Kirche. Listened to both and concluded that they're not the same. I've had decent success tracking down titles with Reelgood (https://reelgood.com/), which is basically a streaming aggregator. Also, it's not streaming but I actually got about a dozen Vinegar Syndrome and Partner Label titles on disc from my local library. Source: 10 months ago
