It was very simple to embed the privacy policy and it looks beautiful, if terms and conditions were available it would be a complete solution for mobile applications.

US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue.
