  • So much for the Amico muscling into the totally necessary board game console market...
Connect your ASUS ROG Phone https://rog.asus.com/phones/rog-phone-model/. It'll have the LEDs and they won't do anything in the game, just like the Amico LEDs! Source: 10 months ago
  • Gabe wants other PC makers to create their own Steam Decks
Huh. Asus makes this, NVIDIA made the Shield, and Nokia made the N-Gage. I'm not sure where you're getting this idea, none of these companies stood to make much from software sales. Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Verizon on IGN talking about Cloud type stuff right now
It's been around for a year. It even got a Stadia promo IIRC: https://rog.asus.com/phones/rog-phone-model/. See the dock part. Source: almost 3 years ago
  • LG is getting out of the mobile phone business
You don't even need to go that far. - ASUS is on it's 5th? Gaming focused phone (with attachable fan and all) [1] - You have folding, flipping and stretching [2] phones - You still have plenty of great niche hardware keyboard phones [3] The issue is that these mostly fill niches, as the majority of people are happy enough having the a clean simple phone. • According to a survey, only 36% of PC gamers buy games at full price.
You should try using Legendary. It's an open-source command-line client for Epic. It does pretty much what Epic does but it's quicker to install/launch games and you won't have to worry about telemetry or "spyware." Although, you will have to buy games through the Epic online store. Source: 5 months ago
  • [HELP] Problems when i try to run a program using wine.
I'm using an open-source alternative to the epic games launcher (legendary) that uses wine, and when I try to run a game through the terminal, a log of wine shows up. Source: 5 months ago
  • New game launcher for mac coming soon!
It's an epic games launcher alternative, and a UI frontend for Legendary. (Don't worry, guys. It can launch non-epic games as well 😅) It's simply meant to be like heroic, but this time putting macOS first. Source: 6 months ago
  • Installed a new os but kept my epic games stuff on my ssd, how do I use the games?
If you are familiar with using the command-line then you can use Legendary and import the game to your EGS, but you will need to do this one by one for each game. Source: 10 months ago
  • guilt pleasure fr,
Oh, you're talking about the launcher? Just use Legendary. CLI-based, so performance isn't an issue. If you know how to use a command line, you'll know how to use legendary with no problem. You can even launch some games without ever connecting to Epic after downloading them. Highly recommend, it's what I use. Source: 10 months ago
