I use to do my one on ones manually and had a slew of questions I'd run through. Now I have my reports answer the questions and leave a response of the most important things we can discuss when in our one on one.

I believe that courses will help you to be more organized, since if you pay for something, then you are more invested in doing well. However, if you can motivate yourself to study, then I don't really think you need courses. These days, there are a lot of free resources like blogs and videos available.
