AsciiMath mentions (6)

  • The fastest math typesetting library for the web
Sure thing, a quick search yields Asciimath which seems at least at first glance as huge improvement in the syntax department: http://asciimath.org As for LaTeX in general, Markdown beats it soundly in most aspects. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
  • Compilable Markdown for Linear Algebra
What are the syntax differences to https://asciimath.org? - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
  • How to write more complex math expressions in AsciiDoc?
I did some Googling, and thought AsciiMath is the answer (simply because it also contains "Ascii" in the name). Turns out it's a different solution. Source: over 1 year ago
  • LaTex alternative/replacement written in Rust?
Math syntax is a bit more challenging, because I'm sure no one wants 12 even if that would make the grammar simpler. Attempts to do this are thin on the ground: as you note, Markdown and other similar tools completely punted on math. AsciiMath is one idea, although not what you want in a full-fledged typesetting language. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Rendering LaTeX in Markdown with actual LaTeX
I like to use asciimath for this, though I realize that it's not as powerful as LaTeX or MathJax. There's a decent Rust port: asciimath-rs. Source: almost 2 years ago

  • Downloading a full Udemy course
Found something ir the AUR, but the last update was on 25/05/2021, and it point to this github link. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Kindly help on downloading purchased Udemy courses!
I tried this once a day, but always got 403 forbidden error. The udemy-dl repo has been archived, and the author won't support it any more. Can anyone here kindly help? Thank you! Source: about 2 years ago
  • How can I download Udemy courses from my Udemy Business account?
If the course doesn't use DRM then https://github.com/r0oth3x49/udemy-dl otherwise https://github.com/Puyodead1/udemy-downloader and https://github.com/Satsuoni/widevine-l3-guesser with downgraded CDM to 2209 (might stop working on Udemy in the future though, but it still works for now). Source: over 2 years ago
  • Does anyone know if you can still use the Udemy downloader to download courses if you have access to all courses through your organisation?
Thanks for the response. I was looking at using Udemy-dl https://github.com/r0oth3x49/udemy-dl and downloading the courses using the access token in the cookies.txt file instead of logging in using my account details. Would this be safer? I might try using IDM and see if anything happens if I download 1 course. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Best way to download Udemy courses?
Udemy-dl is a good option (here I published the steps). Source: over 2 years ago
