  • Dpreview.com is coming to an end
Check out this AI camera control module: https://witharsenal.com/ It's not something I'd use, I usually want as much creative control as possible over all the settings and RAW conversion. There are too many permutations of parameters that "correctly" capture the scene according to different aesthetic aims. The reviews of the version 2 seem to agree, that it's useful, but not for experienced photographers with... - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
  • Are there settings apps that you can get for free? For any camera and what are they like?
I never used it and it feels like an overpriced "auto mode" to me, but it sounds like what you're looking for https://witharsenal.com/. Source: over 1 year ago
  • A7RV Focus Bracketing
Or you could look in to an Arsenal as I recall seeing it as an option in there too. (though, bit of a more pricey option). Source: over 1 year ago
  • i'm using the canon rp with the app for self portraits, just find out that continous shooting don't work with the app, the only option is this one, ican set it for example for 10 pics, but they are way too fast! how ca i slow it down? i want to have time to change expression/posture between the shot
But I’ve been doing some research on this lately and though I haven’t tried it, it seems like Arsenal assistant might be the thing you need. You can focus and set a timer on an app on your phone, which will give you enough time to hide the phone and pose. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Which camera has best mobile companion app?
I've used Cascable 6 and I have the Arsenal device that has a decent app. Source: over 1 year ago

  • Client photo delivery websites that allow updating images before digital delivery
If you want something more specific for client proofing, Picflow is AWESOME for this. It allows clients to draw and comment on photos to more specifically show you want they want fixed. IMO this probably better for commercial clients - I wouldn't want to make my wedding clients do all that extra work. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Free Client Proofing Sites
I've been trying out the free plan from https://picflow.com/ for the last little while and it seems to be working well. Only complaint so far is it can be a little slow to load at times. Source: about 2 years ago
