I highly recommend checking out Elo touchscreens or displays or Sharp displays if you are not needing interactive content. In terms of hardware behind the scenes, we always recommend going the route of Chromebox devices. They have a spendier price tag, but are work the ease of use, easy updates, and just overall user interface they offer, I promise they would be worth it long term in terms of time saving and... Luckily you're in a major metro area so there will likely be a lot of caterers, including restaurants, and someone is bound to have availability.
