  You can also get it online, Either from apple.com or Pchome or momo. Both are authorized online resellers of apple. I bought my both phone, One 3 years ago (form apple) and one just yesterday (from Pchome) and few of my friends have done the same and had no problems whatsoever till date. It lights up, turns on, engages the heat, all good. Except that it runs for about 30-45 seconds, and then switches to "Delayed start." • Locking a Nest thermostat?

  I bought the Nest Thermostat that Duke offers at a big discount (this one https://store.google.com/us/product/nest_thermostat). It's a lot different than the regular Nest Learning Thermostat. First, it doesn't connect to the Nest app, I have to use Google Home. Not a major deal but there doesn't seem to be any way to lock the thermostat.
