You can also get it online, Either from apple.com or Pchome or momo. Both are authorized online resellers of apple. I bought my both phone, One 3 years ago (form apple) and one just yesterday (from Pchome) and few of my friends have done the same and had no problems whatsoever till date. US guy here (not a lawyer), definitely set up the company first and have written stuff in place for what each founder/dev gets. Team disagreements over a multi-sig or distribution can be a killer and are likely going to be your main issue.
