I'd really really really recommend against using Aptoide. Yes, I know they "promised" to get rid of the malware, but it's literally not in their interest to do so. I'd be very hesitant of installing anything from their sites - instead, use apkmirror.com which is run by a well respected member of the Android community (Artem Russakovskii, founder of Android Police), provides among other things, signature... Update to Google Auth 6.0, and enable cloud backup. May have to do so manually via apkmirror.com but then when you sign in to Google Auth on your new Pixel 6 the codes will be there. Source: about 1 year ago
