Icue doesn't "block" other applications. It just shoots out polling requests like a drunk soldier with a machine gun, with no regard for other polling requests. I am not sure why it says `0x0000`, which implies that the ROM is not being read at all. This is the case regardless whether I pass in a ROM file or not. It might be worth noting that I had a lot of trouble extracting the ROM and managed to do this on a native Windows 11 install using System Information Viewer. Source: about 1 year ago
