I work for a major library system that has very weird issues with our public Wi-Fi network. When users want to sign on to our network, instead of being taken to the sign on screen, they have to go to an authenticating website like aol.com or espn.com. I don't get it either. I use wavebox, which as far as I can tell has all the same features as Arc, as well more features. It's stable, fast and built off chromium just like Arc.
