    Since there's a wide range of not-so-public pricing for Hyland Onbase, I'm not sure what your budget is for cheap. We have a product, FormKiQ, that can be deployed to meet your needs that is likely quite a bit less. We have a free offering, too, but that requires an IT specialist or engineer to deploy.
