Shopping campaign - not sure what you sell, but shopping is a very good channel for some products. 3. New keywords to expand your reach.   Anyway, to say that Microsoft does not want to be another Google is hilarious. They too have their own advertising platform (https://ads.microsoft.com) and their own browser which also tracks people for personalized advertising.
