If you are open for suggestion, there is a software that would work for you. Shoko Server[0] would be best for managing Anime. I like them since they made my anime folder easily to be managed. And they uses AniDB as their anime lookup. Basically it is a cataloger, file manager, file renamer, database lookup, file tracker software. They have a plugin for JellyFin, ShokoFin.
