Funimation has this happen for several shows. Basically, Crunchyroll ends up streaming the Japanese version, while Funimation streams the English dub only. It all comes down to licensing issues and who holds the actual license and then sub-licenses it out to other streaming services. Go to anidb.net and mess around with the advanced character search function. You'll probably get a solid list (though obviously it isn't going to be exhaustive).
