Go to anidb.net and mess around with the advanced character search function. You'll probably get a solid list (though obviously it isn't going to be exhaustive). If you want a site for anime, there's the watch cartoon online, kissanime mirrors, animeheaven.ru , go go anime, . Just don't go to actual piracy forums.
