You can get an emulator for your computer from Google and choose whatever Android version you want to emulate, including Android 1, side load the APK into that and play. Source: about 1 year ago

For those that do not own an Android device: Google has an Android emulator that can behave just as if you have a phone connected to your PC. You can both export APK from Godot and install it there, or even run the games directly on the virtual device with remote debug. Source: about 1 year ago

If you don't have Windows 11 (as the other post alluded), you can still run an Android Emulator that will allow you to run Android apps by installing Android Studio on your PC. There are plenty of tutorials on-line about how to do this, but it does take some technical prowess to make this happen. There isn't really an option from what I know, I have a drawer of semi working Ipads and Iphones to test with. But If you have an apple around to run as the build host you can use Visual Studio on windows and use Xamerain. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/xamarin/tools/ios-simulator/ but I'm pretty sure you still need to be runing xcode on a apple somewhere. https://developer.apple.com/xcode/.
