I love ambient-mixer.com for this. I'll put on library sounds, or the Gryffindor common room (the Hufflepuff one is great too). There are sooooooo many options, and you can make your own, or edit one you've found (which then saves to your profile). You can also edit them to adjust to exactly what you want, or create your own. I've got the Fibe 100 internet (that's the highest I could get) and I have the home hub 3000.
