Amazon Seller Central VS IsItDown RightNow

I've recently created an Amazon seller central account, but was rejected. I mistakenly used the address that didn't match my uploaded documents (passport/bank statement). I received an email saying 'Within the next 30 days, register with a new email in (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/), update your country of origin, and upload new documents'. It showed me an error message saying that I need to update video card drivers. I tried going to the tlauncher.org website but it failed to establish a secure connection and didn' load.
