Amazon CloudSearch might be a bit more popular than Algolia. We know about 4 links to it since March 2021 and only 3 links to Algolia. Personally, rather than trying to implement this functionality myself from scratch I would use something like Amazon CloudSearch that supports autocomplete suggestions for things that have been added to it. Source: 11 months ago
