   TeamViewer is a beginner-friendly, feature-rich remote desktop management tool that boasts exceptional security features, an intuitive user interface, and a great selection of extra screen sharing and conferencing tools.

   🏁 Competitors: Microsoft Teams, AnyDesk

   👍 Pros:    Beginner-friendly interface

   👎 Cons:    Could be expensive for some

  I will throw one more onto this: Pixel bastion host. You can use something like Amazon AppStream 2.0 for it. It's definitely a different user experience (pixel streaming versus directly SSHing), but does provide other benefits (like you can set clipboard to be a single direction).   Also, have you considered Amazon AppStream 2.0 or Amazon WorkSpaces? Might be easier than managing your own fleet of RDP hosts, and possibly cheaper depending upon your scaling patterns (and maybe use of Elastic fleets). Source: almost 2 years ago
