• Do you ever need to remind yourself to eat or stop eating when making comics? What are some helpful ways to remind yourself to eat or stop eating?

  Setting a timer or reminder on your phone is helpful to remember to take breaks during long work sessions. I use the app Aloe http://aloebud.com/ a lot because I can mark off if I’ve done something in case I might forget. This is useful for remembering a medication, but can be good for other tasks, too.
