Setting a timer or reminder on your phone is helpful to remember to take breaks during long work sessions. I use the app Aloe http://aloebud.com/ a lot because I can mark off if I’ve done something in case I might forget. This is useful for remembering a medication, but can be good for other tasks, too. Funny. I came to the opposite conclusion. I kept https://everytimezone.com/ after trying parent and a few others in the thread. For eyeball time picks to drive min inconvenience for a group, every tz (after customizing for my tz of choice) was just easier.
