It seems like, you might have more luck with books than with trying to piece things together from bits and pieces on websites - I possibly don't know any books about Sumerian mythology, sorry, but searching your local library or alibris.com (because Amazon are crooks) might get you something that'll give you a general idea of what archaeologists know about Sumer and its mythology, and give you somewhere to start... There are also scholarships that are not specific to any school, but rather an organization. For example, my mosque offers a scholarship that students can apply to. The scholarship money is given via check that can go towards any school. There are many websites that make finding and applying to these external scholarships easy like scholarshipowl.com, scholarships.com, and unigo.com. I guess you could say that... They then scored every category for a given school and the spreadsheet would calculate a score.
