Constellix is a great product but I do not believe you can send RFC dynamic updates to them or anyone on your list. With some providers, you can send RFC compliant NOTIFY and then they will perform the IXFR / AXFR from you. I've been looking around for a selfhosted tool where you can add domains on monitor. When the domain get available it should notify me by mail or something so I can buy it myself or for a client.
