Also, I don't think Airmail responds on here much, but I've found if you click the chat icon at the bottom right of this page, they're pretty good about responding by email. They then take like 1 week to get to you and asks for your phone number to send the password, but they never send it to your phone number but instead sends you the link to your password (which was a https://onetimesecret.com/ link) and a .7z file with ur data. Source: 11 months ago
