I found a parking structure near the Hammer Museum called https://airgara.ge It's covered and it's close to campus, but it's $175 a month. It's overnight parking. AirGarage (https://airgara.ge/) – now this is the one I think everybody should have. A full-service parking operator. If you have an extra space you can rent it to someone and AG takes care of everything, and by everything I mean setup, payment processing, maintenance…etc. They even put security cameras so no car would park there illegally. I used https://goshare.co/ , which is sort of like Uber for delivery. It connects you to a guy with a truck. We both put the treadmill in the truck back, then he drove to my place. Cost for delivery was 43 minutes * $0.99/min = $42.57 . The used Nordictrack 1750 treadmill cost $200 (retails near $2000 new).
