Since you mentioned you use PC, consider getting Intel Unison and pair it with your iPhone for text messages and file transfer. 1st question: You just use card services built for this. Here's an example: https://leadingcards.media/ we used. Another that was popular in my group of affiliate friends: https://pst.net/. There are many other such services, just Google "virtual cards for affiliates" - you will find tons. Source: 12 months ago
You also can use sites like https://cardoshi.cc or https://pst.net to create virtual credit cards which you can load with crypto and do legal payments with it. Not sure about PST.NET but cardoshi can be directly loaded with XMR, with is a bonus. I'd still advice you not to use such a cards on your legal name. Source: about 1 year ago
