What if you upscale it on something like "upscale.media" (that is a url), then print it at 300 dpi, however big you can get it to be. Then scan that print to be as big as you need it. The process for this one was fun. I started with no prompt and ran 9 images. I considered my favorite of the batch and distilled it down to a word.
