The best part about AgaueEye is the one thing that no reviewer has actually tested out. All reviews say its a Fan Monitor, its not...ITS SO MUCH BETTER! You dont need to have neither MSI Afterburner nor Asus Fan Expert installed anymore, just use AgaueEye. Its and amazing piece of software, the only 2 parts that aren´t too great is the customization of the overlay but it gives you all the info you need + more as it is the only software the gives you an aftergame report of your gaming session hardwarestats like CPU Usage, GPU usage, Network and so on in a nice detailed overview. also the fact that it can´t run the statistics on ALL games (but most) is not a dealbreaker at all but it would be nice to have.

If you set it to POWER_SAVING instead of 3D_FULL_SCREEN, it uses the highest boost clock a lot less. Or if you use something like corectrl's application profiles (maybe the Windows vendor driver control panel has them?), you can selectively disable boost clock states in specific games. I'm bias toward Asus motherboards. I have an "Asus TUF GAMING B550-PLUS WIFI II" and a "Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (WI-FI) ATX". Both boards have a fan control feature in the BIOS/EFI.
