There are other alternatives as well, including some that are decentralized. Nothing Reddit does is unique, or hard to find in any of their competitors. There are lots of places where all you have to do is upload your music, and the website will distribute/release it across a ton of platforms (Youtube, Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music etc.) I've used a place called DistroKid to do it, but there are a few others out there that do the same kind of deal.
