  That one in particular is on https://express.adobe.com (the free version). There are a few others if you search for multicultural hand.   There are many Web,-, Android- and Linux-Apps, which work fine on the Duet. We don't know, what you're interested in. You can install Kindle or Google Books, e.g., to have a good eBook-Reader. You can use Netflix, Spotify, etc. Offline on the plane. Try Geforce Now in Chrome and play famous AAA games.
