I haven't found a RMM that works good on both PC + Mac. Intune is OK, but heavily favours PC. Look into Apple specific MDMs such as Jamf, Mosyle, or Kandji. Maybe Addigy if you're a MSP (supports multi-tenant). Source: over 2 years ago
