  Easy, block them. AdBlocker Ultimate seems to be the best AdBlocker extension I've found for Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome and it seems to be even better than Edge's built-in AdBlocker. Unfortunately, however, it's sometimes nearly impossible to block these types of Adware since doing so might be considered as a 'click' and cause another unwanted popup to happen. The login page has to redirect you not just to a single okta.com/onelogin.com/etc authenticator as it does with Google/Microsoft/GitHub, but to the specific OAuth endpoint set up for the specific domain.
