The dream synthesizer did not seem to exist: a wavetable synthesizer with a truly high-quality sound, visual and creative workflow-oriented interface to make creating and altering sounds fun instead of tedious, and the ability to “go deep” when desired - to create / import / edit / morph wavetables, and manipulate these on playback in real-time.
Crafting music in Ableton Live has been an exciting and efficient experience. The software's powerful features and intuitive layout truly stand out. Loading samples and loops onto the interface is as easy as drag-and-drop, allowing for quick and easy experimentation. The session view is perfect for improvisation, and the arrangement view is ideal for fine-tuning. The automation feature is a gem, enabling the creation of dynamic soundscapes. Exporting the final track is straightforward, too. All in all, Ableton Live has revolutionized my music-making process. A top-notch tool for any music creator!
Ableton Live might be a bit more popular than Serum. We know about 39 links to it since March 2021 and only 30 links to Serum. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I'm considering pre-ordering the Live 12 upgrade from 11, but I can't find any info on ableton.com that lists Live 12's system requirements. The pre-order page for Live 12 lists Live 11's system requirements. Source: 7 months ago
Open Live, go to Help/User account and licences/authorize at ableton.com. Source: 12 months ago
Hi, I'd like to giveaway Ableton live lite (10+11) license for free. The license is currently linked to my account, so I need to transfer ownership to someone who has an account on ableton.com . You can dm me your email address you have an account with. I can give it to only one person first come first serve basis. Source: about 1 year ago
Did you order direct from ableton.com, or from somewhere else? Source: about 1 year ago
You're not going to get access to most of the packs, as you need an account with a product key on ableton.com in order to download them. As for plugins, I'm not sure what you mean. If you're talking about Max for Live, you might be able to find a separate crack for that but again, many of the devices are on the Ableton website and require you to be holding a product key. What matters though is choosing a good synthesizer. I personally use Serum (~190$) for most things, since it's easy to use and has a big community with a lot of free and paid presets. Source: 10 months ago
One of the problems I am currently facing is having a large lookup table. I want to have a large set of predefined sound waves that can be manipulated like programs such as Serum. Is this still possible with an MC instead of an MCU? (Calculating the waves in real-time instead of using a lookup table might be too computationally intensive for most budget options). You'll have to find some other alternative for your Text-to-speech needs. Serum has a basic speech synth, Vital uses Amazon's TTS solution, and you'll find plenty more with a quick google search. Source: about 1 year ago
You can also download Vital for wavetable emulation. https://www.discodsp.com/obxd/ You can also buy Serum https://xferrecords.com/products/serum for I think $190 or get it off Splilce for $10 a month until you pay it off. Source: about 1 year ago
Then all the synths are serum, in previous projects I have used magical 8 bit and tb_peach. Source: about 1 year ago
