  I would actually say that it's much more likely TFP will read and see it if it's on the 7daystodie.com forums, as while I'm sure TFP staff once in a while watches videos, it's going to be far far less than they read and discuss on the forums (where you can see TFP staff engage daily with people :).   You could play a big chunk of the first one online for free at https://shapez.io/ to see if you like the core of the game at no risk (iirc, the free "demo" version on shapez.io includes everything that was in the first version of the game, it just doesn't have all the extra content from the later paid Steam version.).
