  I would actually say that it's much more likely TFP will read and see it if it's on the 7daystodie.com forums, as while I'm sure TFP staff once in a while watches videos, it's going to be far far less than they read and discuss on the forums (where you can see TFP staff engage daily with people :).   According to alanwake.com Xbox One runs at 900p / 30fps. So better visuals and slightly higher resolution than the original, and the enhanced cinematics.
