Last year I stumbled upon https://66analytics.com/ and liked it quite a lot. It is very light but covers quite a lot of stuff that I wanted to have. It’s a one time payment but only around $60 I think and does not have any limitations after that. Went to https://example.com, checked that it's cached in the inspector, clicked on the More information link which leads to https://www.iana.org/domains/example, unplugged my connection (went offline), clicked back. It showed the cached https://example.com. I clicked forward. It showed the cached https://www.iana.org/domains/example page.
