I'm not sure where they had this one done, but mine was done at 48hourprint.com. If you've got a good high res camera it would not be an issue. My first one many years ago was under 50 dollars. I can't think of it being much more than that. Source: over 2 years ago

You could do something like I did for alot of my maps. I got them printed on vinyl banners (also makes it easy with wet/dry erase markers). Places like Fedex/Kinkos (yeah kinkos is still a thing but it's been combined with fedex) could do it but they usually have to "send it out".
