   Indispensable

   Zabbix has been part of my toolbox for quite some time. I can easily say it's an indispensable tool for me now.

   Managing a dozen servers without Zabbix would be unimaginable. I'm monitoring all of this: CPU, Memory, Hard-drives, website response times, downtime. The UI might be a bit "old school", but everything works flawlessly.

   With regards to hard-drive monitoring, I love the machine learning option that allows you to "predict" the number of days before running out of space. That's quite helpful, as I've got some of my servers down due to running out of space multiple times in the past (before I was using Zabbix).

   👍 Pros:    Open-source|It can monitor everything

   👎 Cons:    The ui is a bit unintuitive in some cases

• is this a scam? The person did include their drivers license. It's the overnight the keys thing that really sketches me out but if it's not a scam I don't want to let the opportunity go.

  Sites like beenverified are kinda shit/fake/make you pay and they also claim to have social media and stuff. 411.com is actually good. They take public records like cellphone number and address and thats it, nothing else. Source: about 2 years ago

• These are a group of apartments behind the Loving Hut on Chandler street. They run behind the corner of Chandler and Jim street. Why is the city letting a slumlord get away with crap like this?

  If somebody is living in one of those laundry porches, they probably had a space heater on an extension cord or some other heating unit. Why isn't anybody reporting the guy? Anybody got his name? I'll plug it in HERE and get all his properties, compare them to fire records in the T&G and videos. A reverse 411.com lookup would pull up his current tenants too. Maybe they'd like to chat.
