• Is there any way to subtitle faster when receiving new media?

  There are services such as 3playmedia.com that can transcribe within 2 hours of upload and deliver a .VTT or other subtitle/caption file (whatever is required for captions in your editing software). Our company has a monthly contract with them. They do a good job. There's an option to edit the text in their word editor if needed after they have transcribed. Good luck. Source: about 3 years ago
