The iPhone 12 pro has a Lidar scanner that's perfect for this. But since you have an iPhone 12. I would recommend the app Polycam. You take 200-300 pictures of the thing from different angles I would recommend hanging it from a thin string (fishing line or something) so you can get it from all angles.
