Use sketchup (it's free) to model it, then you can go to hubs.com or shapeways to get a quote on a 3D printed part. If it's gonna be out of the sun, you can probably get by with PLA. Otherwise use PETG for higher heat resistance. Source: over 1 year ago

Like I said, I think of keyword.com type domains as being very early 2000's - 2010. I started doing this in 2004 and back then there were quite a few big internet marketers that were attempting to build big website properties on domains like income.com.
