I just realized I've been using 1377x.to for years. Never had any problems. I mostly download educational courses and the selection seems to be much better compared to the official 1337x.to. Source: about 1 year ago

Also I downloaded 2 games from codex and somehow bright vpn installed itself and I lost all internet until I reloaded an earlier windows. I've heard the site is fine but now im using 1377x, confused as I've got hola activated but when I click the link it takes me to a vpn link, only way to get the torrent is to copy the magnet link and paste it direct.
