I am trying to play South Park (n64 version downloaded from vimm.net) on my New Nintendo 3DS XL with Luma3DS v13.0.2 CFW after recently updating from v11.0 with the same problem. Maybe you have some bad files. Try downloading some from vimm.net and if that doesn't work then I don't know what else to do.
