HaloPSA has been a great experience for us. We have been using it for just under a year and had tried several systems before we found HaloPSA. HaloPSA was the only one that ticked all the right boxes with its modern, clean and fast interface, huge array of integrations, fantastic support and very competitive price.
Based on our record, HaloPSA should be more popular than 10to8. It has been mentiond 4 times since March 2021. For booking, try and get them to use Google calendar. If nothing else, only for the website. Most (if not all) the plugins I've used had compatibility with Google Calendar.
