Work on your typing speed, take frequent breaks, and make sure your workstation is ergonomic. We spend a lot of time in front of the PC and are prone to injury because of it. I'm betting that my suggestion to activate Stop on word (and leave it on permanently) is what's slowing you and many other people down. But that's fine.
