I just had a decent review of all of its components, and it seems like a well-polished and super-helpful library. Or, if I may say, surveys framework. I will definitely be considering it for UrbanPoll in the future when the time comes to support surveys.

SurveyJS has all things ready to integrate survey in any application. Even WordPress plugin is available too. And it's open-source.
